The project is located on a construction site with a total area of 28,573 m2, in Thuan Phuoc ward, Hai Chau district, Da Nang city.
Software Park Project No. 2 includes a 20-storey ICT office building block with a total floor area of 26,267 m2; 8-storey office building block ICT1 8-storey with a total floor area of 39,297 m2; The office building block combines the 8-storey ICT2 coffee area with a total construction floor area of 27,220 m2 with a system of yards, internal traffic, green landscape, grass, and synchronous technical infrastructure system. (ground leveling, traffic, water supply and drainage, lighting, electricity...). Once completed, it is expected that this work will meet about 6,000 jobs directly in information technology and digital technology.
The work is invested by the Danang Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board, cum project manager; Consortium Vinaconex25-DCID-Thai Son -319-Le Vu won the contract and built the project.
