Da Nang Administrative Center Building was built on a land area of 23,318 m2, located at 24 Tran Phu, Thach Thang Ward, Hai Chau District, City. Da Nang With a height of 166.8 m, including 34 floors and 2 basements with a total floor area of 65,234 m2, this is the tallest building in the Central region today. As soon as it was put into use, this modern building became the working headquarters of Da Nang's departments, boards, branches, administrative and non-business units. With a large investment capital, the use of advanced construction technology, modern design, and intelligent operation mode, this is also a typical project marking the new beginning of the public service delivery model.
